What We Do

Change Management

Focus the lens for maximum impact

No single entity—not marketing, sales or IT alone—can influence the end-to-end process needed and solutions required to support them all. It takes careful orchestration to make sure they work together to benefit the enterprise.

Forming a scope of work to transform operations regardless of the nature of people, process, or technology involved to drive change is possible. The key is capitalizing on the authority you have, and making the most of the strengths you've got.

Zee Jay Digital helps enterprise leaders answer questions related to levers you want to, and are able to, change. We help you understand what you can do to zero in on high quality visioning and road mapping that takes you where you need to go.

Exploring each dimension of change, or the characteristics of innovation that interact to define the impact on an organization, leads to successful change management.

Dimensions of change: determine what you can influence and what you can’t

Authority to impact

Is any one person or team in a position to impact a single scope element? Does the Sponsor/Champion have authority to substantively drive change?

Cooperation from stakeholders

Are those impacted by a scope element willing to contribute to improvements? Do they have capacity? Are they open?

Core vs non-core

Is it possible to address the scope element without addressing something more fundamental?

Executive priority

Is the scope element a priority for the Executive? Is it on their radar?

Burning platform

Is there urgency to impacting the scope element?

Opportunity for innovation (cost benefit)

To what degree can investment in a scope element lead to dramatic improvement in performance?

Let’s get tactical

Zee Jay Digital approaches change management with a four-step approach. It starts with comprehensive change strategy defined upfront and based on assessment of impacts, risks, and resistance within the organization. Progress and acceptance are tracked throughout. We work closely with clients to proactively identify risks and potential areas of resistance, highlight dependencies for project leadership and offer continuous monitoring of the organization’s state of readiness for change.

Readiness Assessment

End-user readiness at various points in the project lifecycle is assessed. This is used to measure how well the organization is prepared.

Post Implementation Assessment

Once strategy has been executed, KPIs are identified, a baseline established—and performance continues to be tracked after the implementation to measure progress toward project business case.

Change Management Strategy

High-level strategy defines the scope of change and documents how each of deliverable is used to support the organizational transition.

Change Impact & Risk Assessment

This assessment is rapidly conducted to identify probable impacts of the change and the most evident and prominent risks to its deployment adoption.
