About this position

Zee Jay Digital is seeking a highly motived individual to serve as an End User Trainer. We’re looking for an exceptional professional with a track record in the deployment of technological and organization changes.

You will work in small teams with colleagues and clients to build and maintain training programs for system administrators and end users.

Minimum required skills

  • 3 -5 years of experience developing and implementing training goals and strategies, based on broader organizational goals
  • Experience building, interpreting, and communicating performance metrics to senior leadership
  • Detail-oriented with the ability prioritize, manage and complete multiple projects on tight timelines
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and presentation skills are a must
  • Human Capital Management industry knowledge preferred
  • Ability to gain a thorough understanding of a technical, complex product

Minimum required experience

  • Work with colleagues to plan, schedule, and facilitate multiple training programs
  • Coordinate team(s) to maintain a rotating schedule of training facilitators
  • Assist with Train the Trainer programs and sessions to ensure high-quality trainers
  • Work with client leaders to align training programs and strategy to evolving team needs
  • Build comprehensive knowledge of vendor product
  • Partner with SMEs to continuously validate training content, keeping both training concepts and collateral up to date
  • Collect feedback from trainees, analyzing and reporting on the data to drive results and learning effectiveness


  • Ability to travel up to 50% (While up to 50% travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)

Position may be contract or full employment.
