About this position

Zee Jay Digital is seeking a highly qualified, highly motived individual to serve as Channel Manager (CM), responsible for developing, managing and expanding our firm’s partnership with Adobe and the Adobe partner ecosystem by driving Adobe pipeline. Qualified candidates have marketing experience, including working knowledge of: Digital marketing and integration platforms, e-commerce platforms, work management applications, digital process automation, business process management, service management, and content marketing.

Core duties and responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of the digital transformation arena including content management, commerce and marketing automation.
• Demonstrate credibility among partner contacts and senior leaders, as well as managing channel relationships, and issue resolution.
• Drive joint marketing initiatives with teams.
• Serve as liaison to partner channel manager teams, executives, and field sales teams.
• Coordinate with agency and partner sales teams regarding joint opportunities that may include pipeline and forecast reviews.
• Educate Adobe on ZJD capabilities and success stories to stimulate partner-based lead referrals.
• Make recommendations on integration strategies, and the platforms and application infrastructure required to successfully implement and extend partner platforms.
• Identify, prepare and deliver product messaging that demonstrates Zee Jay’s value as a trusted systems integrator.

Experience and skills

• 5 to 7+ years of experience.
• Experience with Adobe platforms and various other digital marketing solutions. Strong presentation skills.
• Solutions-selling skills and demonstrated success developing and maintaining partner/client relationships.
• Conversant in enterprise product, solution and technology strategies with the ability to convert current knowledge and skills to Adobe ecosystem.
• Ability to communicate effectively across teams with strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• High energy level and ability to work independently.
• Desire to be a part of a smart, capable, truly exceptional team.

Travel

Ability to travel up to 50% (While up to 50% travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)
