About this position

Zee Jay Digital is seeking a highly motived individual to serve as Senior Consultant. We’re looking for an exceptional professional with a track record in the deployment of technological and organizational change.

The Senior Consultant is responsible for design and delivery of marketing resource management and work management solutions (and related) for leading global brands. You will work in small teams with colleagues and clients to build capabilities, systems, and processes needed to deliver bottom-line results and ensure those results will be sustained.

You’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful, hands-on contribution by managing projects and progress with minimal supervision, including tracking metrics, and preparing communications to report back to client and internal leadership. You will develop trusting relationships with clients and be seen as a specialist in implementation and delivering results.

Qualified candidates have marketing experience, including working knowledge of: Digital marketing and integration platforms, e-commerce platforms, work management applications, digital process automation, business process management, service management, and content marketing.

Minimum required experience

  • 3+ years of related experience. Consulting experience required.
  • 3+ years of direct, hands on experience owning the management of enterprise project management software, such as Workfront (strongly preferred), Sharepoint, Basecamp, Trello, Salesforce, JIRA, Wrike, Workamajig, or other project management tools.
  • 5+ years of direct, hands on experience with process and organizational transformation.
  • Experience with marketing technology, preferably resource management, DAM, CRM, marketing automation, planning and budgeting.
  • Specific experience with Workfront, Aprimo, PowerBI, Allocadia, Seismic, Tableau is a plus.
  • Experience leading the full lifecycle of a project or workstream including, Business Analysis, Functional Specification, System Configuration, Design, Testing.
  • Experience leading requirements gathering workshops or facilitating meetings.
  • Experience in the delivery of medium to large scale digital transformations, with integrated business planning preferred but not required.

  • Ability to interact at all levels of the client organization.
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
  • Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Provide a great relationship experience for all assigned clients and assist clients to deploy off the shelf packaged applications.
  • Ability to apply contemporary management and process thinking, including Agile and Lean.
  • Work closely with Account Managers and consults with other team members (consulting/project management/engineering services/customer support) to be sure mutual objectives are met in support of client happiness.
  • Maintain client contact and provide status updates for all excellent issues while continuing to handle client expectations, keeping clients satisfied and expectations realistic.
  • Collaborate with the teams that provision, customize, monitor, handle and upgrade our cloud hosted offering and drive continuous improvements into the management system to support these areas.

Travel

  • Ability to travel up to 50% (While up to 50% travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)
